Victoria Joplin was born on June 10, 1977, in St. Louis, Missouri, where her parents, Jane (née Vince) and Joneal Joplin, she has siblings: twin brother Shaun (June 10, 1977), Randall Jean and Joneal Jr. (February 14, 1973), Carl and Dorothy (January 18, 1982), Gina and Victor (December 6, 1986) and Matthew and Nikki (November 23, 1989).
