Victoria Joplin was born on January 18, 1982, in St. Louis, Missouri, where his parents, Jane (née Vince) and Joneal Joplin, she have sibling: twin brother Carl (January 18, 1982), Randall Jean and Joneal Jr. (February 14, 1973), Carl and Victoria (June 10, 1977), Gina and Victor (December 6, 1986) and Matthew and Nikki (November 23, 1989).
