Randall Jean Joplin (born February 14, 1973) is an American puppeteer, singer and actress. She is a vocalist in The Joplins, a band she formed in 1981 with her siblings, Michael. She is Lillian Piaf in Where will my feet take me today?.

Randall Jean Joplin was born on February 14, 1973, in St. Louis, Missouri, where her parents, Jane (née Vince) and Joneal Joplin, she have sibling: twin bother Joneal Jr. (February 14, 1973), Shaun and Victoria (June 10, 1977), Carl and Dorothy (January 18, 1982), Gina and Victor (December 6, 1986) and Matthew and Nikki (November 23, 1989).
