) is an Indian Malayalam television series which airing on Asianet.[1] The show is an official remake of Bengali TV series Kusum Dola.[2][3] The show stars Lakshmi Priya (later replaced by Mansi Joshi), Sajesh Nambiar, Athi Santhosh, Sajitha Betti, Miya Mariya and Renjini (in her television debut) in the lead roles.[4]

Plot[edit]

Alakananda a young, courageous, and outspoken woman, who aspires to become an doctor and resides with her father . On the other hand, Gautham, an aspiring IPS officer meets Priyamvada a free-spirited girl on a trip where both of them fall in love with each other. At the end of the trip, he gets a call stating that he has been selected as an IPS officer, hearing that Gautham leaves the trip and Priyamvada to appoint his job. At his oath-taking ceremony, he meets Alakananda and her father Ramachandra who is Gautham's senior officer. Later Gautham's brother Arjun marries Priyamvada due to certain uncertain circumstances. Later Nanda marries Gautham due to the promise Gautham gave to her father. After the marriage, Gautham tells Nanda not to expect any love from him as he has already given his love for Priyamvada who is now his sister-in-law. How Gautham and Nanda fall in love forms the rest of the story.[5][6][7]
