Claudio André Silva Nunes Marques Neto
Claudio André Silva Nunes Marques Neto; born 4 August 1978) is a Portuguese software developer and activist against cybertorture to simulate mental illness (as a punitive categorical stochastic gamble resulting in changes of self-determination in the physical vicinity of would be victims of "directed violence") paired with political abuse of psychiatry, psychiatric fraud, medical malpractice and quackery.
