CloudSEK is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered digital risk management company with its headquartered in Singapore and has an office in Bengaluru, India.[1][2]
Background[edit]
CloudSEK was founded in 2015 by Rahul Sasi, who is also the CTO. Rahul started CloudSEK with the intention of combining machine learning, artificial intelligence, and automation to address cyber security issues. XVigil is CloudSEK's internet monitoring tool that scours thousands of sources on its client's behalf, to detect cyber threats, data leaks, identity thefts, etc.[3]
In 2021, the company listed in the Reserve Bank of India's digital lending panel.[4][5]
Funding[edit]
In November 2018, CloudSEK raised $2 million in the pre-Series A funding. The funding round was led by Exfinity Venture Partners and StartupXseed, which are both headed by Former Infosys CFO V Balakrishnan and Padma Shri Awardee T. V. Mohandas Pai.[6] In February 2019, CloudSEK raised an additional $0.5 million as part of the pre-Series A funding. The round was funded by IDFC Parampara.[7]
