After an eight-year break, Coke Studio India relaunched its program under the new name of Coke Studio Bharat. This relaunch adopts the format of Coke Studio @ MTV, and will feature the release of individual songs each week, rather than the episodic format of the past.[1] The first song was released on 7 February 2023.

The season is curated by Ankur Tewari in collaboration with poet & lyricist Kausar Munir and music producer K. J. Singh. The visual aspect of the production is managed by Colosceum Media Pvt Ltd, while audio production is overseen by Misfits Inc. Universal Music India is the executive producer and official distributor.[3]
