ConveyIQ, formerly Take The Interview (TTI),[3] is a US-based software company that provides a candidate engagement platform to solve challenges in the recruiting process.[4] The platform enables companies to create customized communications and provides analytics for advanced decision making so that organizations can hire more qualified candidates faster.[5]

History[edit]

ConveyIQ was originally founded by Danielle Weinblatt while at Harvard Business School.[6][7] In the first few months, several engineers were recruited and the entire team was based in Cambridge at DogPatch Labs run by Polaris Ventures. The Company joined the DreamIt Ventures accelerator program for their NYC 2011 class.[8] Additionally, they were selected to present that summer at Launch: Silicon Valley where the Company received second place. After meeting with Ty Abernethy, the two kicked off the Company together in NYC in January 2012. Anthony Cintron joined as the CTO that summer and the Company moved offices to Midtown West where they are still located.[9] TTI raised their Series A in 2013 from Rittenhouse Ventures and StarVest Partners.[10] A second office was opened in Belgrade in 2014. 3TS Capital Partners led Series B round in May 2016. On September 20, 2017, Take The Interview was renamed to ConveyIQ.[citation needed]

Product/Service[edit]

ConveyIQ offers a talent communication platform with three offerings geared towards providing better engagement with candidates. The Convey Talent Communication Platform includes Convey for Communications, Convey for Scheduling, and Convey for Interviewing.

Features include email, text messaging, polling, interview scheduling, on-demand and live video interviewing to engage with job applicants based on where they are in the hiring process. ConveyIQ accomplishes this by first integrating with a customer's applicant tracking system, which currently includes iCIMS, Taleo, Kenexa, SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, and WayUp. Candidates are extracted and engagement is triggered automatically via email and/or text message.
