Cyclofosfamide/dexamethasone is a combination drug regimen consisting of cyclophosphamide (a nitrogen mustard alkylating agent) and dexamethasone (an anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressant). It appears to be an alternative to the more traditional treatment with melphalan in people who are ill-suited for autologous stem cell transplant.[1]
