DC Super Pets is an upcoming American computer-animated superhero comedy film directed by Jared Stern and Sam Levine, based on the DC Comics team of the same name.
Plot[edit]
The pets of DC superheroes (Superman’s dog, Krypto; Batman’s dog, Ace the Bat-Hound; Wonder Woman’s kangaroo, Jumpa; and Supergirl’s cat, Streaky the Supercat) form a crime-fighting team of their own.
Production[edit]
In July 2018, Jared Stern has been hired to write and direct an animated DC Super Pets film.[1] In January 2019, it was announced that Sam Levine will co-direct the movie and Patty Hicks is a producer.[2]
Release[edit]
In January 2019, the film was scheduled to be released in North America on May 21, 2021.[2] On May 22, 2019, the release date was switched to May 22, 2022.[3]
