DJ Foxx Tha Roc (1)
Joseph Kapandula Jr (born 9 May) known professionally as DJ Foxx Tha Roc is a zambian dj, musician and Media Personality best known for his appearances on Prime TV Zambia's musical show The Full Package. [1][2][3][4][5]He began his music career after releasing his first single ''Extreme'' which did not get a lot of radio play. Foxx is the only zambian dj with a verified facebook page.[6][7][8]

Early life[edit]
Foxx was born in Zambia's town of Kabwe. He studied Journalism and Media Studies at Zambia Center for Professional Training and Consultancy[9]and also attended Journalism training under the BBC Media Action.[3][5]
Career[edit]
His breakthrough in the entertainment industry came in 2015 after television appearances on Prime TV.[4] He has previously interviewed Miles Sampa [10] former Zambia national football team coach Sven Vandenbroeck and has also worked on Her Future, Her Choice campaign program by Oxfam [11] with B'Flow as trainer. He previously launched a radio show when the Coronavirus broke out in 2020 [12] and has also worked on a National Geographic (American TV channel) documentary on wildlife conservation in the Kafue National Park. He also covered Zambia's President Edgar Lungu during his work visit to Itezhi Tezhi in 2020.[13][14]
He is currently signed to record distributor ONErpm. In 2021 he released his fourth single ''Kotuzwa''[15] [16]under the same publishing company.[6] He is regarded as one who loves to support young artists.
He is part of a Youth Coordinating Committee which organises different activities including HIV/AIDS awareness, Fitness and Training, Drug Abuse awareness, Youths participation in governance, social issues as well as Music.

Recognition[edit]
In 2019, Foxx received a recognition award for speaking out on drug abuse and gender based violence on radio by former Itezhi Tezhi District Commissioner, Hendrix Thomas Kaimana and the District Youth Committee.[25][26][6]
