Carlos Rosario (La Romana, Dominican Republic, June 6, 1999), better known as Daniel Cowers and as the creator and founder of Ranking Latinos along with his partner Willis Montillas Smith, is a Dominican influencer.
Early Life[edit]
In 2013 Cowers began his secondary studies at the Liceo Juan Pablo Duarte in the city of La Romana, Dominican Republic, graduating in 2017 as one of the students with the highest Summa Cum Laude honors from said educational center.
In 2018, he decides to look for a job, getting Stuart's position in a Chinese restaurant where he stayed for a year, and decides to leave it to dedicate himself to his university studies.
On August 26, 2019, he began studying a Bachelor of Accounting at the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo, a career that he currently continues to pursue.
Ranking Latinos[edit]
During the Covid-19 pandemic and due to the curfew authorized by the President of the Dominican Republic Luis Abinader, Daniel and Willis decide to create an Instagram account in the format of seasonal competitions in which artists, public figures, socialites, influencers will participate. , actors, youtubers, tiktokers, television celebrities, among others.
The Seasons Competitions Entertainment account was created on June 14, 2020 with Willis Montillas Smith.

After the nominations in more than 7 countries around the world, between 6-4 finalists can go on to the grand finale and live that experience together in which they receive the different congratulations and support from their followers around the world. The finalists compete against each other in the same final round. After posting them, the public gets to vote for their favorite contestants via email, webpage, or text. The public intends to vote based on the delegate, and not on her nationality, so she is allowed to have more than one contestant from the same country or have the same nationality. Week by week the 2 finalists with the least votes are eliminated, which means that they are already out of the contest until a next season, although in some rare cases, a contestant can be disqualified due to bots or fraud. Personal Life[edit]
Cowers is the son of Dominican Belkis Rosario and is the oldest brother of 5 children on his mother's side and is the youngest son on his father's side Pablo Amado Alcántara who was a member of the National Police of the Dominican Republic.
