Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty[1][2][3] A Long Island-based residential real estate company focused on the Long Island and Queens area of New York[4]. Founded in 1922, the company is currently headquartered in Cold Spring Harbor with 25 satellite offices employing over 850 real estate agents[5].

Originally founded as "Daniel Gale Agency", the brokerage joined Sotheby's International Realty's affiliate network in 2005 and re-branded to become "Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty[3][6]".

The brand affiliation expanded their property listing catalog to include international real estate opportunities that would appeal to high-net worth clients or a luxury clientele.

Due to affiliate restrictions on commercial real estate business sales set by Sotheby's International Realty, Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty launched a subsidiary "DGNY Commercial" in February 2020[7]

The current CEO is Deirdre O'Connell[8][9], former CEO of O'Connell Realty--which was acquired by Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty.
