Deal Pride is an LGBTQ+ Pride event which started in 2023 held in July in the seaside town of Deal, Kent in the United Kingdom. It's first annual event is to take place on Walmer Green, The Strand, Walmer, Kent in the United Kingdom on the 15th July 2023.

2022 - 2023[edit]
First launched in 2022, a small group of people from Deal, Kent decided to set up the town's first ever pride group.
Deal Pride is an LGBTQIA+ led community organisation supporting the LGBTQIA+ community in Deal, Kent.
The group are dedicated to providing an annual Pride Event as well as year round socials and events which build a sense of community and support among local LGBTQIA+ people.
Their aim is to create a culture of acceptance, inclusion and celebration of diversity within our beautiful seaside town so that everyone who lives here can feel free to be their authentic selves.
The group announced their first ever Pride event will take place on 15th July 2023. Starting with a march through Deal Town and ending with a party on the green on Walmer Green where the focus will be on live performances on the Deal Memorial Bandstand.
