Deal space
The term 'deal space' refers to the possible configurations of a deal.[1] It is used in multi-agent system negotiation theory (MAS),[2] marketing and advertising theory (about reaching persons or markets in defined 'states'), engineering, gaming,[3] and several other disciplines.[2]
The term has even appeared in advertising, as in Smart Balance's pitch for a vegan meal with vegan margarine[4][dead link]
The Hoover Institution in Washington, DC has used the term recently regarding carbon pricing negotiations around the world.[5]
