Dewitt, Lassen County, California

Dewitt is a former settlement in Lassen County, California.[1] It was located 5 miles (8 km) west of Purser and 5 miles southeast of Litchfield.[1]
A post office operated at Dewitt from 1903 to 1927.[1] The name honored Walter B. Dewitt, its first postmaster.[2][3][4][5]
