Ella Mielniczenko (born September 25, 1990) is a director, actress, and producer. She is an Executive Producer at BuzzFeed Motion Pictures and works in research and development for launching new shows, teams, and products.[2]

Ella went to high school at Highland Hall Waldorf School.
She received a B.A. in Visual Media Arts from Emerson College in 2013.[3]
Career[edit]
In 2013, Ella joined BuzzFeed’s LA's Video Division as one of the first employees. Since then, she’s helped launch BuzzFeed’s Snapchat Discover channel, BuzzFeed Violet, and Pero Like. She has also pioneered new format initiatives like 360 and live video. As of the present, Ella leads the BuzzFeed Creator Program which is working to launch and develop new brands and channels within the company.[2]
