Empire East Land Holdings Inc.

Empire East Land Holdings Inc. (EELHI) is a real estate development company in the Philippines, publicly listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange.[1] The company was incorporated on July 15, 1994 as a spin-off from its parent company, Megaworld Corporation. It is also a member of Alliance Global, one of the largest conglomerate companies in the Philippines.

Currently, Empire East Land Holdings Inc. caters to the housing needs of the middle-income market as well as the upscale residential segment in the country by building mid-rise to high-rise condominiums in Metro Manila, and house-and-lot subdivisions in Southern Luzon.[2]

The company's headquarters is located in Uptown Bonifacio, Taguig City in the Manila metropolitan area (the national capital region of the Philippines).[3]

History

The company began as the Community Housing Division of Megaworld Corporation, focusing on more affordable housing projects compared to Megaworld's initial luxury developments. On July 15, 1994, the company was registered under Philippine law to specifically target the broad middle-income market.[4]

Empire East is headed by President and CEO Atty. Anthony Charlemagne C. Yu.
