Empire East Land Holdings Inc. (EELHI) is a real estate development company in the Philippines, publicly listed in the Philippine Stock Exchange..[1] The company was incorporated on July 15, 1994 as a spin-off from its parent company, Megaworld Corporation.[2] It is also a member of Alliance Global, one of the biggest conglomerate companies of the Philippines.
Currently, Empire East Land Holdings Inc. caters to the housing demands of the middle-income market as well as the upscale residential segment in the country through building mid-rise to high-rise condominiums in Metro Manila, and house-and-lot subdivisions in Southern Luzon.[3]
The company's headquarters is at Gilmore Heights, Quezon City in the Manila Metropolitan area (the National Capital Region of the Philippines).[4]

The company started as the Community Housing Division of Megaworld Corporation which focused on housing projects that were more affordable compared to Megaworld’s initial luxurious developments. On July 15, 1994, the company was registered under Philippine laws to specifically target the broad middle-income market.[5]
Empire East is spearheaded by President and CEO Atty. Anthony Charlemagne C. Yu.

- Empire East Highland City - Empire East Highland City is a 24-hectare township development set to rise along Felix Avenue, between Pasig City and Cainta, Rizal, with its own mall, church, park, and sports club.[7]
- Laguna Bel-Air - Laguna Bel-Air is the company's first township development. The property spans across a 69-hectare land in Santa Rosa, Laguna that includes Laguna BelAir School and parish[8]
- The Sonoma - The Sonoma in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, is a 50-hectare township community that features single-detached homes.
- The Xavier Hills - Along N. Domingo Street, Quezon City, The Xavier Hills has four towers that feature loft-type condominiums.
- Greenhills Garden Square - Greenhills Garden Square is a 9-tower condominium complex located along Bonny Serrano Avenue, Quezon City.
- San Francisco Gardens - Located at Bonifacio Avenue, Mandaluyong City, San Francisco Gardens has six mid-rise towers that feature units that span up to 89 sq.m.
- Little Baguio Gardens - Little Baguio Gardens in San Juan City has two residential towers and is the company's first completed residential development.
- Gilmore Heights - Gilmore Heights is a high-rise community with a mix of home & commercial place located in Gilmore Avenue, Quezon City
- The Paddington Place - The Paddington Place has four high-rise towers on an 8,700-square meter property on top of its own lifestyle mall, The Pad. The development is located along Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City.
- San Lorenzo Place - A high-rise condominium development on a 1.33-hectare property along EDSA corner Chino Roces Avenue, Makati City. Its four towers stand on a podium that features a two-level lifestyle mall, San Lorenzo Place Mall.
- Pioneer Woodlands - Located along EDSA corner Pioneer Street in Mandaluyong City, Pioneer Woodlands is a 1.27-hectare development with six towers.
- Little Baguio Terraces - This residential condominium is composed of four mid-rise to high-rise towers on an 8,000-square meter property bounded by N. Domingo Street and Aurora Boulevard in San Juan City.
- Covent Garden - Covent Garden will feature two high-rise condominium towers on a 5,000-square meter property at Santol Street Extension, fronting Magsaysay Boulevard, in Santa Mesa, Manila.

- Governor's Place - A condominium that features four mid-rise towers along Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City.
