Esmat Yahia

Prof. Esmat Ali Yahia was born in Cairo, Egypt ( 20 October 1948 ). He was ballet dancer, ballet teacher, and choreographer.
Prof. Esmat studied dance at The Higher Institute of Ballet, under Russian teachers. He became a lecturer in at The Higher Institute of Ballet, followed by a position as teaching assistant, then Doctor, and thene Professor. He is on the faculty at Section Teaching Methods of Classical Dance at The Higher Institute of Ballet –Academy of Arts.
