Ethan Conrad Properties, Inc. was founded by Ethan Conrad in 1995 and is headquartered in Sacramento, CA.[2] The company started with Ethan Conrad purchasing value-added industrial properties which were then remodeled and leased. This business model then expanded into purchasing retail and office properties in addition to industrial properties and remodeling them, placing them in good condition, and leasing them.[2]
By 2007, ECP had acquired 35 commercial properties.[3] Today, Ethan Conrad Properties, Inc. owns and manages over 145 commercial properties with over 250 buildings, over 1,400 tenants, and over 7,500,000 square feet throughout the Greater Sacramento Area and Central Valley with a value of over $1BN. In addition, the company currently has over 125 employees.[4][5]
