Everbowl, llc
Everbowl, LLC. Is a privately owned limited-liability corporation. Founded in October of 2016 everbowl is an American “craft superfood bowls and smoothies” chain headquartered in Carlsbad, California. [1] The company is currently expanding rapidly, adding an average of 1 new location a month over the last year (2018). Everbowl specializes in ‘create your own’ craft superfood bowls focusing on 4 main base ingredients - acai, pitaya, graviola and acerola, with unlimited toppings and "made from stuff that’s been around forever." [2]
History[edit]
Everbowl was founded by San Diego based entrepreneur Jeff Fenster, who opened the first location in October 2016. Fenster's vision was to combine his two greatest passions – entrepreneurship and healthy lifestyle - in a way that would promote his unevolve™ branding "To move and eat the way we were meant to." - Fenster believed there to be a lack of accessible, affordable, filling and nutritious food in the marketplace and that he could find a way to fill that market gap. Asked how he came up with the idea of everbowl, Fenster admitted that in part it came from his own quest to live healthier. [3] “I’m a bit of a hypochondriac and I think it’s easier to prevent illness than cure illness,” he says. He began making super foods at home for his two daughters years ago and decided to make it his business to bring them to the mainstream market.[4] Fenster’s passion for increasing access to healthy and affordable food led him to the creation of everbowl. Everbowl is also highly involved in the community, giving to charities and support community events that focus on movement and a healthy lifestyle.[5]
Expansion[edit]
Since the opening of its first store, propelled by aggressive and forward thinking growth strategies from Everbowls’ executive leadership, the company has undergone rapid growth.[6] In just under 2 years, 15 additional stores have been opened with another 4 slated to be open by the end of 2018.[7] With its origins in San Diego County, recently everbowl has been expanding to neighboring counties, with a store in Riverside County and more recently a 1,300 sq. ft. store in Santa Margarita, with plans to open 12-15 more stores in Orange County by early 2020. [8] According to Future Market Insights, the acai bowl trend is showing no signs of slowing down with an expected growth of between 9-11% each year through 2026.

About the founder[edit]
Following his graduation from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2007, earning his juris doctorate, Jeff Fenster chose to avoid sitting for the bar exam, instead opting to utilize his education in the field of business building and serial entrepreneurship. Since that time, Fenster has founded multiple companies in various industries; creations ranging from a Payroll & Human Resource company, Recruiting Company, Digital Marketing Agency and multiple internet companies. In 2013 Fenster was named one of the top 100 entrepreneurs under the age of 35 in America by Empact.[9] Over the years, Fenster developed an extreme passion for industry, but an even greater passion for healthy living and the power of positive eating. It was living in his own belief that gave him the idea to create everbowl. Combining two of his biggest passions – entrepreneurship and healthy living – Jeff created the foundation Everbowl was built upon, opening his first store location in Poway, California in October of 2016.
