Feroz Al Tamimi (Arabic: فيروز التميمي ) is a Sharjah Arab Creativity Award-winning Jordanian novelist for her novel "Thirty." She is currently residing in Sweden where she writes a column in the Sydsvenskan and Helsingborgs Dagblad newspapers and runs her enterprise management and corporate foundation company. She completed her high school in the Sultanate of Oman and obtained a bachelor's degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Science and Technology of Jordan in 1991. Worked in the field of engineering and software in the public and private sectors in Jordan and several Arab countries.[1]
Early life[edit]
Turquoise Al Tamim grew up in Zarqa City,[2] where she describes Zarqa as the beginning of being a writer before she was a computer study specialist, "It was the beginning of Zarqa, a full-fledged childhood, civic lane, diversity, bears contiguity, and the private space that large cities allow no more. The space of vitality that a bustling city gives you, a vibrant city that befits your youth, a city where, for those who have not grown up, cannot understand or love it. Blue gave me many humans, happiness and life, as life should be.

Novel 30[edit]
Some believe that the novel "Thirty" triumphed for the woman that Tamimi looked for in her world and the reader's world, this view says, "I did not seek victory for women in Thirty." I sought to write the women's text, to document "some" women. Nor did I succeed because this obsession remained in control of me. I tried again to tell "It's Like a Joke", but I ended up somewhere else that I didn't mean. "Thirty" questions were not answered.[3]
A novel is like a joke.[edit]
In the novel "Like It's a Joke", the author makes a jibe that we glimpse between the lines, about which Feroz Al Tamimi says: "I am captivated by writing that enjoys an appropriate amount of irony. In "Thirty" and "Like a joke," I tried to make a sense of irony quite appropriate, no less, no more. I don't know how well I've done it, but I'm aspiring to write unsuspecting.

Certified in electricity/computer engineering, programme and project management and process engineering. She has served for many years as executive director and consultant in the communications and information technology sector. She was Director of the Jordanian E-Government Projects Department for the years 2006-2007 and Director of the Jordanian E-Government's National Information Technology Sector Strategy in 2007.

Her Words[edit]
I feel like we're medieval to write when I read to some foreign writers. I see creative ideas, I see liberation from questions about the genres of writing and liberation from inaccuracies that do not bind anyone and are free from inaccuracies in form and content.
Maybe if the book stops theorizing writing and they write, we can clock it up. Without being free as human beings, we cannot be free to write.
