The CBSE Fit India Quiz (FIQ) is a national level inter-school sports quiz competition. It is a part of the Fit India Movement, an initiative for fitness in India, started by India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 29 August 2019 (National Sports day of India).[1] Its episodes were broadcasted on Star Sports Network, Doordarshan and uploaded on Youtube.

Background[edit]

The Fit India Quiz was launched in 2021 as part of the commemoration of Azadi Ka Amrit Mohotsav (Celebration of 75th Year of Independence of India from British Raj). It is organized by Sports Authority of India (SAI), CBSE, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports and Ministry of Education.[2]
