GymNation (est. in 2018) is a Dubai-based chain of fitness centers (commonly referred to as gyms). As of June 2021, it was one of the largest chain of gyms in the United Arab Emirates.

GymNation was established by Loren Holland, Frank Afeaki and Ant Martland in 2018, after they identified a gap in the market for an affordable fitness concept in the UAE.[2] The first GymNation gym opened in June 2018 in Al Quoz, Dubai.[3] Within 1 year of opening, the Al Quoz GymNation facility reached 10,000 members and was not only the most affordable but also the largest gym in the UAE.[4][5][6]
In 2019, the company opened 2 new gyms, in Bur Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah.[7] It added another 4 gyms in 2020, in Mirdif, Dubai Motor City, Silicon Oasis and Khalidiyah Mall in Abu Dhabi.[8]
All GymNation gyms were closed from March to late May 2020 due to COVID-19 lockdown.[9] By mid 2021, GymNation became one of the largest chains of fitness centers in the United Arab Emirates.[10] In May 2021, the company signed a contract with the United Arab Emirates Rugby Federation and became the sponsor of the United Arab Emirates national rugby union team.[11] As of June 2021, it had 7 gyms in the United Arab Emirates.[2]

GymNation was the first gym to introduce the concept of low-cost low-cost gym membership to the United Arab Emirates.[12]
