Hunter August Hancock,[1] (born December 30th, 1982), known online by his Internet pseudonyms MeatCanyon, and Papa Meat, is an American animator, voice actor, horror artist, and youtuber.
Career[edit]
Hunter created his channel in September of 2015, and uploaded his first video Magic Man in January of 2017 but would not receive widespread recognition until he uploaded his Pinocchio parody; When You Wish Upon A Star.[2] His other most-viewed videos include Jawbreaker, Wabbit Season (which was taken down by Warner Brothers due to "Copyright Infringement"),[3] Secret Formula,[4] I'VE GOT A GOLDEN TICKET, and many more.
Hunter is also a frequent collaborator with the YouTube duo FlashGitz, voice acting for a multitude of their parodies and original animations. Hunter also has collaborated frequently with Sr Pelo, Maxmoefoe, Psychicpebbles, Brock Baker, Gus Johnson, Chris O' Neill, Twomad, SuperMega, MrBeast, Penguinz0 and many others.
He also created his own original web series Monster Lab,[5] with himself voicing Katz and Brock Baker voicing Uno. The series lasted only eight episodes, with the first episode being uploaded on January of 2020, and the last episode being uploaded on the 19th of December in 2021.
He has received 700 million+ views across both of his channels.
