IDLC Asset Management Limited (IDLCAML) is an asset management company, headquartered in Dhaka, Bangladesh, with an assets under management of BDT 1.1 billion (US$13 million).[3][4] The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of IDLC Finance Limited (IDLC), the country's largest[5] Non-Banking Financial Institution, which was created jointly by, International Finance Corporation, German Investment Corporation, Korea Development Bank, Aga Khan Fund for Economic Development and other local and international institutions.
It offers asset management services in forms of Mutual Funds and Alternative Investment vehicles focused on Private Equity and Venture Capital space.

IDLC Asset Management Limited was incorporated on 19 November 2015 with an authorized capital of BDT 250,000,000. The company obtained the asset management license on 7 June 2016[6] with a paid-up capital of BDT 100,000,000.[7] The company was awarded alternative investment management licence on 16 July 2018.[8] IDLC AML was the first Mutual Funds manager in Bangladesh to bundle insurance with Mutual Fund Products[9][10] The company was a pioneer in introducing Systematic Investment Plan and Zero-load funds in Mutual Funds Industry in Bangladesh. IDLC AML arranged its parent IDLC Finance Limited's investment in Series A round of chaldal.com,[11][12] the first of its kind transaction by a traditional Financial Institution in Bangladesh.
