The INX Digital Company was founded in 2017 by Shy Datika.[2] The company offered and issued the first SEC-registered initial public offering of digital security and was among the first to secure regulatory clearance for the issuance of such a security.[3] INX and its wholly-owned subsidiaries are collectively known as the “INX Group.”[4]
The public offering of the INX Token was registered under the Securities Act of 1933.[5] In 2019, INX announced the filing of the F-1 Registration Statement for a regulated token offering of INX Tokens. In the following year, it announced the launch of the IPO for the INX Token.[6]
INXS is a registered broker-dealer and a member of FINRA/SIPC.[7]

The company combines traditional market expertise and an innovative fintech approach. The INX Group provides a regulated trading platform for digital securities and cryptocurrencies.[8]
