IMPACT TECH LTD; ( /ˈɪmpakt/ /tɛk/) is a Cypriot technology company that develops technology for Business Intelligence solutions and operates in the business to business sphere B2B. Impact Tech’s main product is a Customer Relationship Management CRM platform called Impact CRM upon which its other tools run. It includes integrated Voip telephony Impact Telecom[[1]] which utilizes a cloud-based PBX[[2]]. The company is registered in Cyprus from where it carries out research and development, software development and provides sales, marketing and technical support. Research and development is focused on Artificial Intelligence technologies like Natural Language Processing, Sentiment Analysis, Automated Speech Recognition (ASR), Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics as well as Big Data analysis.

Impact Tech was founded in 2017 and is based at the company’s headquarters in Limassol, Cyprus. CEO George Larkou and CTO George Nikolaides are the co-founders. In 2018 the company launched Impact CRM at iFX Expo in Limassol, Cyprus[[3]][[4]]. Later in the same year Impact CRM won the award for Best Automated Performance Tool[[5]] at Finance Magnates London Summit 2018. The platform is constantly upgraded with new features which are developed to serve the various industries it is used in. Many of the new tools and features that are added to Impact CRM use AI technology which is part of an overarching aim to enable businesses to become AI-driven[[6]]. Advances in the development of AI in the business tools has led to a partnership with Microsoft in May 2019[[7]] and invitation to present Impact Tech’s products at Microsoft Summit Greece[[8]] and listing in their AI Innovators publication[[9]]. Through its internship program and sponsorship of [AngelHack Hackathons][[10]][[11]][[12]] Impact Tech has established long-term partnerships with many of the major education facilities in Cyprus including University of Cyprus[[13]], UCLan Cyprus[[14]] and Cyprus University of Technology. Impact Tech has also undertaken research projects in partnership with these education facilities. One of which, named the aiD project, was recently awarded a grant of €1.7M[[15]] in July 2019 from the EU’s [Horizon 2020] program to develop AI solutions to help deaf people to effectively communicate with everyone.
