Iqbal Unnisa

Iqbal Unnisa (November 21, 1936 – June 12, 2011) was an Indian mathematician. She was the first Indian Muslim woman to receive a doctorate degree in mathematical sciences and the first woman to become director of the Ramanujan Institute for Advanced Study in Mathematics.[1]
