The company was established in 1988, JK Tech is a global provider of digital and IT services.[3][4] JK Tech is part of the JK Organisation founded by Lala Kamlapat Singhania, a member of the Singhania family from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh India.[5][6][7]
In 2021, the company collaborated with T-Hub as part of the corporate membership programme at T-Hub to enhance creative abilities.[8][9]
