Jack Thomas Manifold (born 14 August 2002) is an English YouTuber, live streamer and podcaster. He gained popularity for creating Minecraft videos and live-streams, mostly inside the Dream SMP. Today he primarily makes reaction videos and co-hosts the podcast Shut Up I'm Talking with fellow YouTuber TommyInnit.

As of 3 August 2026, his two YouTube channels have collectively reached over 3.17 million subscribers and over 223.14 million views; his Twitch channel has reached over 1.84 million followers.

Career

Early career

Manifold started making Minecraft YouTube videos when he was 9 years old, with his earliest video being recorded by his brother filming his tablet while he played. His current Twitch account, originally called Thunder1408, was created in January 2016.

Rise in popularity and Dream SMP (2020–2024)

On 2 August 2020, Manifold joined the Dream SMP, a roleplay-based invite-only Minecraft server and online series. This was a catalyst for his success as he became a key character within the server. Manifold cultivated a strong fandom surrounding him and the server, mostly as an escape during the COVID-19 pandemic, particularly for people in the LGBTQ community, with Manifold saying at VidCon in 2022, "I’m endlessly proud of everyone involved that we managed to cultivate something that was an audience completely untapped on Twitch."

Since the finale of the DreamSMP, Manifold and the server's owner, Dream, have had a falling out with the two no longer publicly associating with each other.

In April 2023, Manifold participated in Creator Clash 2, where he was victorious against fellow YouTuber Dakota Olave.

Second channel and Shut Up I'm Talking (2024–present)

On 17 March 2024, Manifold launched his second channel, simply named Jack. This channel primarily features him reacting to content including Instagram Reels and TikToks. He frequently collaborates with other YouTubers on this channel including WillNE, jschlatt, bbno$, and AverageHarry. He also posts vlogs and gaming videos to the channel. Since its launch Jack has seen far more uploads than his main channel JackManifoldTV.

On 14 September 2024, Manifold launched his podcast Shut Up I'm Talking with frequent collaborator TommyInnit. The podcast mostly features him and TommyInnit talking about their week, with a notable segment about their worst moment of the week. Notable guests have included Jacksepticeye, DanTDM, Dan and Phil, MatPat, and Jedward. As of August 2026, it is on its 99th episode and has 272 thousand subscribers on YouTube.

Manifold has a vlog series exclusive to the podcast's Patreon, titled Jacktivities. The series features him trying a new skill each episode including foraging, beatboxing, and ventriloquism.

In early 2025, Manifold was a guest on the TommyInnit Survival Tour, appearing in most shows in the UK, US, and Australia.

Personal life

Manifold was born and raised in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, England. He attended The Garibaldi School in Clipstone. He now lives in Brighton.

Manifold has been diagnosed with ADHD.
