James Allen Dismuke (born October 17, 1969 in Syracuse, New York) was a minor league baseball coach within the Chicago White Sox organization.

Dismuke was drafted by the Cincinnati Reds in the 12th round (314th overall) of the 1989 Major League Baseball Draft. He played in the minor leagues from 1989 to 1997. He advanced as high as Triple-A.

Dismuke rejoined the Reds organization in 2002 as a minor league hitting coach. In 2009, he joined the Gwinnett Braves as their hitting coach. After the 2010 minor league season, Dismuke was added to the Atlanta Braves coaching staff for the remainder of the season. In 2014 Dismuke took over as Hitting Coach for the Caribes de Anzoátegui. The team advanced to the 2015 Caribbean Series. In 2015 Dismuke joined the Birmingham Barons of the Southern League, an affiliate of the Chicago White Sox organization. [1]
