Jordan Whelan (writer)
Jordan Whelan is a writer, producer and entrepreneur based in Toronto.[1][2][3]
Career[edit]
After completing graduation from McMaster University, Whelan worked as executive producer of Mike Bullard talk show on Newstalk 1010.[4] He also worked as a columnist for Sun Media with his column Try Guy which ran syndicated throughout over 100 publications nationally reaching over 2 million readers[5][6] In addition, he regularly writes with The Huffington Post.[7]
In 2013, Whelan created and executive produced the first crowdfunding reality show in North America on FOX Networks.[8][9] He stated the inspiration for the show was his former colleague,Rob Ford.[10]
