Josiah Dean Williams (born March 3, 1992), is an American entertainer, WWE personality, and Christian hip hop recording artist, who has released four albums since 2015. He is the creator of Wrestle and Flow, a hip-hop and professional-wrestling themed music video series.[1]

Career[edit]

Bradley Braves men's basketball (2014–2019)[edit]

Williams was the In-Venue Emcee for the Bradley Braves men's basketball team. He hosted home games in Peoria, Illinois for five years, serving as the on-court announcer for timeouts, halftime, and other gameday promotions.[2]

WWE (2019–present)[edit]

Williams signed with the WWE in April 2019. He became an On-Air Digital Talent, working primarily with the WWE Performance Center and NXT brand, frequently appearing on the company's Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube channels.[1]

On June 1, 2019, Williams made his NXT TakeOver debut by performing a remixed version of The Undisputed Era's theme song, as Adam Cole made his entrance during the main event of NXT TakeOver: XXV.[3] He made his NXT house show debut in September 2019, and now serves as the Hype Man during NXT's live weekly show on the USA Network. [4] He is credited with assisting Sasha Banks with her new entrance prior to her in-ring return in Fall of 2019. [5] On November 27, 2019, Williams appeared on NXT (WWE brand) on the USA Network by performing an original track to celebrate NXT's victory over Raw (WWE brand) and SmackDown (WWE brand). [6]

Personal life[edit]

As a child, Williams began theatrical stage training at First Stage Children's Theater in Milwaukee. [7] He is a graduate of Bradley University, class of 2014.[2]
