An advocate for human rights and women's rights, Katharina has worked with groups including Women for Women International, Women's Fund of Long Island (GIRLS FLI), and sustainable fashion and environmental initiatives with a growing group of fashion models including Cameron Russell[6].
Katharina founded Have a Smile[7] in 2015 with the mission to "spread happiness by highlighting the smiles of individuals from all walks of life who are changing the world."[8] She also speaks out about the importance of self-confidence and body-image in today's society.
Katharina has worked on social-issue based films, including the climate changes documentary The Age of Consequences (2016/17).[9]
