Kerrie Baylis (born September 15, 1988, in Kingston) is a Jamaican lawyer, model, and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Jamaica Universe 2013 and represented her country at the Miss Universe 2013 pageant.

Kerrie Simone Baylis was crowned Miss Universe Jamaica 2013 by the outgoing queen, Miss Universe Jamaica Chantal Zaky, at the conclusion of the pageant held at the Jewel Dunn's River Beach Resort in Ocho Rios on September 8, 2013.

Baylis represented Jamaica in the Miss Universe 2013 pageant on November 10, 2013, at the Crocus City Hall in Moscow, but failed to place in the semifinals.[1]
