Stefen Jones[1] (born September 3, 1983),[2] better known by his stage name Kjiva[3] or Kjiva The Marathi Rapper,[4] is a Marathi rapper.[5][6] He is the first rapper who introduced Gangsta Rap[7] in Marathi[8][9]

Early life[edit]

Stefen Jones was born on September 3, 1983, in Maharashtra India and then raised in Richmond,VA He attended Huntington High School, but soon dropped out to embark his music career.[9]

Career[edit]

He started his career as music producer with release his first instrumental album 'Me N Mah Beat'.He is also introduced Gangsta Hip Hop in Marathi[10] from his official debut single title Ganjah[11][12] Which is based on criminal background of his life.[13] 2016 he gain popularity from club hit maker track Booty[14][15] which is produced by DJ Mustard.
