History[edit]

Kramski GmbH was founded by Wiestaw Kramski and his business partner on October 16th, 1978.[2] Kramski began manufacturing parts from sheet metal and developed their own mechanical engineering tools.[3] The first production site was located in Pforzheim in the German federal state of Baden-Württemberg, the company moved to Birkenfeld in 1984. Two years later Kramski took over 100 percent of the company.[2]

In 1993 Kramski opened a subsidiary in Sri Lanka.[2] The company moved back to their newly built headquarters in Pforzheim in 1999 and expanded their production area between 2005 and 2018.[4][5]

In 2004 Wiestaw Kramski founded the company Kramski Putter GmbH that manufactures golf cubs and is part of the Kramski Group..[6][7]

In 2016, Kramski's Pforzheim production facility was damaged by fire;[8] it was repaired in 2017.[9]
