Overview
In January 2013,[3] Magnon\TBWA (previously known as Magnon Solutions)[4] was acquired by TBWA, and consequently became part of the Fortune 200 Omnicom Group Inc. (NYSE: OMC).
Magnon Solutions (now Magnon\TBWA) was founded by Vineet Bajpai[5] in 2000, as an interactive web design and digital agency catering to the domestic market in India. 2007 marked the establishment of Magnon\TBWA’s sister company, Magnon eg+ (formerly known as Magnon Interactive), part of eg+ Worldwide, for offshore web development and design services.
