Maltese - Il romanzo del Commissario is an Italian television series produced and broadcast by Radiotelevisione Italiana (RAI) in 2017.
The series was added to the prestigious Walter Presents platform who acquired the UK rights, marking the first time for an Italian project to be on it.[1]
Plot[edit]
In Trapani, Sicily during '70's Maltese, an Italian police chief, will find himself in the middle of an investigation that will uncover the largely diffused influence of Mafia in the area and expose the archaic roots which nurtured it.
