Maulana Mukhtar Ahmed Nadvi
Maulana Mukhtar Ahmed Nadvi was born in 1930 in Maunath Bhanjan. He is an Indian muslim scholar. He had led many educational and social movement in india to improve the empowerment of People specially muslims there. [1]
He is the founder of Jamia Mohammadia Education Society (JMES), in 1979.[2] [3] [4]

Nadvi was born in 1930 in Maunath Bhanjan, Uttar Pradesh. He studied at:
- jamia aaliya arabia, Mau.
- Madrasa Faiz Aam, Mau.
- Darul Hadith Rahmaniya, Delhi.

Achievements[edit]
Establishing Jamia Mohammadia Mansoora[edit]
In 1975, he established Jamia Mohammadia Education Society (JMES) in 1978. It was located in Malegaon, a Muslim dominated town 280 kms to Mumbai.
He also opened branches at Maunath Bhanjan, Dhule, Akot and Bangalore.
Mosques Service Fondation[edit]
This foundation had built hundred of mosques over all india.
Al-Dar Al-salfiyyah (Publisher)[edit]
This publication had awarded by indian government as the biggest exporter of books in 1985
Al-balagh Magazine[edit]
It is a monthly magazine which issues from mumbai. he was regularly edit it over his life. Hundreds of editorials had published and Thousands of essays also.

It is also a monthly magazine which issues from Malegaon. he was regularly edit it over his life.

On September 9, 2007 he died at his residence in Mumbai.[11]
