Michelle Perez Patel is a Filipino entrepreneur and the founder of SatisFIND. She runs SatisFIND, a SaaS-based company, along with her husband, Kaiz Patel.
Early life and education[edit]
Michelle Perez Patel studied at the University of the Philippines and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics in 2000. She met her life partner and her now-co-founder, Kaiz Patel, in the Singapore during an international conference organized by the mystery shopping industry. [1]
Career[edit]
Michelle started as an assistant brand manager at Heinz UFC Philippines, Inc. She later worked for Unilever-RFM Ice Cream Inc. and Informatics Philippines before becoming a consultant at the Philippine Department of Tourism.
She founded SatisFIND in 2005 and became the CX Mentor at Kickstart Ventures, Inc. in 2016.
She has experience spanning more than twenty years and is a prolific public speaker on customer service and employee engagement topics.
Award and recognition[edit]
Michelle was featured on CNN Philippines’ Headline News in 2015, where she advocated for putting an end to bad customer service. [2]
She appeared on Market Edge-ANC in 2015, where she spoke about tapping into the market of millennials. [3]
Michelle was interviewed on Bloomberg Philippines' First Up in 2016 about improving customer service for small and large businesses. [4]
