Mikhail Belzer is strategy[1] & investment professional from Russia.[2] In 2015, Mikhail visited Argentina and met with The Minister of Industry, Débora Giorgi, as part of company’s plan to invest and manufacture in Argentina.[3][4][5][6][7] Mikhail has made contributions to peer-reviewed scientific journals.[8] In 2018, Mikhail was one of the speakers at the meeting of Expert Council of the Russian Federation State Duma Committee on Energy.[9][10]
