Miura (automobiles)

Miura was a Brazilian car brand created by Besson, Gobbi S/A. It was founded in 1976 and paralyzed its activities in 1992, when opening the domestic market to imported vehicles.

He focused his production on sports models, generally equipped with Volkswagen mechanics, mounted under tubular chassis and fiberglass bodies with own designs. It pioneered the presentation of the ABS Brakes system in 1990.

Besson, Gobbi S/A also manufactured a buggy, branded Galgo, launched in 1985.

Although it closed in 1992, the company received orders until 1995 when it stopped selling the BG Truck.
