Mohit Bansal is an Indian real estate[1][2] and infrastructure developer[3][4]. He is associated with projects related to information technology parks, industrial developments, and commercial real estate, primarily in North India. He holds a leadership role at Greymarble Infra Private Limited.[5][6]

Early life and education

Bansal completed a dual degree in computer science and applied mathematics[7] from the State University of New York, United States.[8][6]

Career

Bansal has been involved in real estate and infrastructure development since 2014. His professional activities include participation in industrial parks, IT-enabled real estate projects, and urban infrastructure development.[9][10]

Since 2018, Bansal has held a leadership position at Greymarble Infra Private Limited, a company engaged in real estate and infrastructure development. The company has undertaken IT parks, industrial developments, residential, and commercial real estate projects.[11][12][13]

Bansal has held multiple business roles. He has served as a Designated Partner at GMI Office Spaces LLP since September 2024 and at GMI Housing LLP since January 2024. He is a co-founder of Whispering Homes Pvt. Ltd. (established in 2020)[13][14] and has been the Chief Executive Officer of Mind Sci AI Pvt. Ltd. since 2024. He has also served as Co-Chairman for the IT Conference at the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) since 2025.[15][16]

Projects

The projects associated with Bansal include completed, ongoing, and proposed developments. Completed projects include GMI Business Park in Sector 102 Alpha, Mohali, a mixed-use development incorporating an IT park[17], and GMI IT Tower in Sector 83 Alpha, Mohali, an office building located within GMADA IT City. Ongoing projects include GMI Elite Homes and GMI Platinum Square in Banur, SAS Nagar[18][19], involving residential and commercial developments, as well as GMI LUX Housing in Sector 102 Alpha, Mohali, a high-rise residential project[20][21]. Proposed projects include GMI IT Park and GMI IT Campus[22][23] in Sector 102 Alpha, Mohali, a planned IT park and office campus, GMI Skygreens in Banur, SAS Nagar, a proposed high-rise residential development, and GMI Logistics Park in Rajpura, a planned logistics and warehousing project along the Amritsar–Kolkata Industrial Corridor.[24][25]

Bansal is associated with the GMI Charitable Trust, which undertakes activities related to education, environmental initiatives, and sports.[26][27]
