Mum Thinks Blue is an Australian indie rock band from Adelaide, Australia. They formed in early 2019 with Austin Dobbin as lead singer and rhythm guitarist, Brodie Smith as lead guitarist, Joe Campbell as bassist, Josh Thomas on drums, Joaquin Lee on keyboard and Hannah Young on the saxophone.
In April of 2019, the band released their debut single Gotten Away, before playing their first gig in June of 2019. After playing at several more venues, the band released their second single Sneaky in July of 2019 and again in November with their third single Broken Fence.
