OSM Worldwide is an American multinational parcel delivery services and supply chain management company founded in 2003[3]. Originally known as One Stop Mailing and acting as a shipping broker for USPS products, OSM has grown to become a multi-time Inc. 5000 honoree[4] and one of the world's largest courier logistic companies. Today, OSM is known for its shipper tracking services such as the OSM Premium Network® and OSMART program as well as providing affordable parcel delivery for small businesses[5].
History
Founding, Expansion, and Current Day
In 2003, Gaston Curk & James Kelley founded One Stop Mailing, LLC in Chicago, Illinois[6], predominantly making shipments to universities and educational facilities across the continental United States. The company soon after began to diversify its clientele, providing premium parcel processing and shipping rates to a number of growing businesses[7]
As the company grew internationally, One Stop Mailing later became OSM Worldwide. The search for expansion to a larger warehouse led OSM to headquarters in Glendale Heights, Illinois.[8]
To service their ever-growing client volume, facilities in York County, Pennsylvania and Las Vegas, Nevada were later acquired.[9]
In 2019, private equity firm Tower Arch Capital purchased OSM, making this Tower Arch's 11th company acquisition in the United States[10]. OSM continues to attract new associations to partner with.
Operations
OSM's primary business is the processing and delivery of parcels and documents to the USPS and other countries worldwide. In recent years, OSM has extended its services to diversify courier logistics for their partners. OSM has three primary operation segments: U.S. domestic operations, international package operations, and freight transportation.
U.S. Domestic Shipping
Utilizing their Premium Network, OSM conducts special pickups, facility processing, and unique routing intended to shorten USPS delivery times while lowering costs. With domestic shipping being its predominant operation, OSM ships various kinds of mail orders such as lightweight parcels, marketing parcels, and bound printed matter.[11]
International Processing
OSM processes and ships mail to just over 180 countries and territories around the globe. Their domestic principles directly correlate to their international fulfillment, finding package routing for their customers while lowering costs. OSM's international packaging implements global priority, ePackaging, and global standard shipping.[12]
Transportation
The use of trucks has been OSM's sole source of freight since the company's inception[13]. Beginning with compact trucks and later progressing to truck tractor trailers, OSM is able to transport large amounts of collections to their intended destination.

Shipping Experience
