Olajumoke Oduwole (born 1 August 1990) is a Nigerian software product developer and Techpreneur. She is the Founder and CEO of KJK Africa, a software design and development company based in Lagos, Nigeria. In April 2020, she was one of nine Nigerians listed in "Forbes Africa 30 Under 30".[1]

Education[edit]

Olajumoke[2] is a B.Sc(2011) and an M.Sc(2015) holder in Systems Engineering from the University of Lagos. She also has a degree in Brand management from the Enterprise Development Centre (EDC) of the Pan Atlantic University (PAU)[3] and a management and entrepreneurship certification from the SDA School of Management at Bocconi University, Italy.

At fifteen, she was offered a scholarship by KarROX Technologies India[4], to become a Software Professional where she learned sixteen programming languages.

Career[edit]

Olajumoke[5] started her career as an IT manager/senior web developer at Oak group in July 2009. She was appointed in a similar role at Bethel Group of Companies in July 2012 before leaving to join Taxi-Ad Nigeria as technology process analyst and lead, Web/UX-UI developer, in March 2013.

She joined RegCharles Group as the digital Transformation manager and process analyst and was later appointed the Ag. Group Head of the company. It was while she was at RegCharles that she started her company, KJK Africa[6], in 2014.

KJK Africa[edit]

In June 2014, Olajumoke founded KJK Africa[7], a software design and development company based in Lagos, Nigeria. In December 2018, the company was ranked 16th in Connect Nigeria top 100 SMEs in Nigeria[8].

KJK Africa was a beneficiary of the World Bank and Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment, Nigeria GEM Project[9] and one of the 21 African businesses selected for the SDA Bocconi for Africa Conference, 2018[10].

Olajumoke is listed as a mentor at VC4A for the Make-IT Accelerator programme where she mentors young African startups on personal growth and the most desirable way to build a viable and successful business.[11]
