Olawale Ayilara is a Nigerian businessman and a real estate salesman. He is the CEO of Landwey Investment and founder of Landwey Group.[1][2] He is an alumnus of Tai Solarin University of Education and Lagos Business School with an MBA from the Metropolitan School Of Business Management. In 2018, he was among the Forbes Africa’s 30 Under 30 business category.[3]

Early life and education[edit]

Olawale Ayilara is a native of Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria. His mother was a businesswoman and his father was an engineer. His first business venture was a coaching center in Abeokuta, Ogun State, which he managed while still enrolled in school. Although the coaching center wasn't as successful as he had intended, it did provide him with some basic company startup and management fundamentals.[4] He earned his undergraduate degree in petroleum and petrochemical engineering from the Tai Solarin University of Education in Ogun State and his MBA from the London Business School in London. He also holds a diploma in finance and real estate development from Harvard Business School, United States.[5]
